Concession Stand Chair (3 Parents)

We are looking for 2 parents to coordinate concession volunteers including grill coverage, maintain concession inventory, shop for inventory as needed, order pizza, maintain cleanliness of the concession stand, and turn in the money after each game.

Fundraising Committee (3 Parents)

Coordinate the fundraising efforts and corporate sponsorships.  Work with AD Book Chair with Advertisers

Senior Night and Homecoming Chair (3 Parents)

Coordinate ordering flowers, balloons, decorations, organizing Senior Posters, coordinating senior bios with Coach, line up senior families prior to senior presentations. Homecoming Duties-Homecoming Rally Towels, Decorations, Coordinate Homecoming Tables

Kickoff Picnic and Year End Banquets (4 Parents)

Volunteers help with organizing and setting up the kick off picnic and end of year banquets.  Obtain pricing and location for the yearend banquet, coordinate any decorating.

Chain Crew Chair (2 Parents)

Coordinate chain crew volunteers for home games for Modified, JV, and Varsity

Ad Book/Gameday Program Chair (1 Parent)

Coordinate the solicitation of advertising space for the Ad Book, contact previous year advertisers to renew space, Create/Layout Year Book (modify existing template). 

Membership Chair (2 Parents)

Volunteers to assist the AD Book Chair with the Ad Book and coordinate Coordinate the Gridiron Club membership drive to get families to join the Gridiron, Track membership levels to be listed in Year Book

Webmaster and Social Media (1 Parent)

Parent that would be responsible for updating the website and all social media for the Gridiron Club

Modified Team Parent- MOD 7(1 Parent)

Parent that will be a liaison between the team, players, parents, coaches, and Gridiron Club.  This parent will communicate any needs the team needs to the Gridiron Club

Modified Team Parent- MOD 8 (1 Parent)

Parent that will be a liaison between the team, players, parents, coaches, and Gridiron Club.  This parent will communicate any needs the team needs to the Gridiron Club

JV Team Parent (1 Parent)

Parent that will be a liaison between the team, players, parents, coaches, and Gridiron Club.  This parent will communicate any needs the team needs to the Gridiron Club
